From the first call to see if it was still available to having it washed and ready to test drive when we arrived to closing the deal, it was the smoothest dealership experience we’ve ever had! 1st service was lovely. The building and property are clean and attractive. The pull up service to drop my vehicle off was convenient. The counter staff was so pleasant and present. The service was quick (and no additional cost because of Jeep Wave). I didn’t feel any stress of the transaction. A+

After researching and looking for the vehicle I wanted, I visited Thunder to test drive a couple of the Jeeps that I was interested in. Robert was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles and allowed me to make a decision without any pressure just valuable information and options. I took my time and there was zero pressure. When I returned a few days later after making my decision we tested the Jeep one more time. I was over the moon with my decision. I worked with Robert and then Randi to select what accessories I would like to add. Again it was a pleasant and non pressured time working with Randi. Once that was done, I was with Bob in finance. He was very professional and explained what my additional options and financial options were. From getting a better interest rate and no pressure to put all add-ons that I was not interested in. When it came to the delivery and review, along with Robert, Mark joined us to explain all the functionality in the Jeep and how to remove the top and safely secure it. He also suggested ways to take great care of the top when removed. He spoke with me with respect and never once spoke to me like a “little lady” or patronizing. I say all of this because other dealerships I had visited DID speak to me like that and pressured me to the point of aggravation and disrespect to me. I will always recommend Thunder to anybody who is interested in a vehicle!! Every staff member I encountered was pleasant, respectful and helpful!! After searching for weeks to find my “unicorn” of a Jeep Wrangler ( 2022 unlimited high altitude with very specific features) , I came across Thunder Chrysler. When I originally reached out, Brian let me know their was a hold on the vehicle , but would let me know if anything changed. Lucky for me, the hold fell through and Brian called me first thing the next morning and within about an hour had my trade, financing , and all the details on the vehicles worked out! Since I am located over 400 miles away from the dealership , Brian sent multiple videos, answered all my questions and coordinating my delivery. The delivery driver Harold AKA Slim was great!! Slim coordinated his eta multiple times , reviewed all my paperwork to sign, and made sure my tank so it was full on delivery. Amazing experience. Came to Thunder CDJR from Bradenton to look at a vehicle and was able to leave with it same day. The team at Thunder was exceptional to work with. I worked with Michale and Tim in sales and Bob in finance. I was anxious that I'd be rustling some feathers by showing up with my own financing but they gave me a great deal on my trade with absolutely no haggling needed and then gladly accepted my provided financing without any pressure to reconsider and use their financing. Very happy with the purchase. 5 stars all around. The only complaint I have is that the vehicle was sold to me without a driver's floor mat and with two cracks in the windshield. These are things I should've noticed myself prior to signing but I was too excited to do a walk-around. I don't think they were deliberately concealed by the dealer but if you take in a trade with a cracked windshield, it's good practice to replace that windshield before listing the vehicle for sale. This is a dealership not a buy here, pay here. Still 5 stars because I didn't catch these things myself.

Been living in Florida since April 2021. I own a Ram 1500 pickup. Since I’m from PA I’m used to state inspections to know that my vehicle is safe and sound. Dalton in express had one of his techs perform a multi point inspection. He thoroughly reviewed the inspection report with me and basically told me my vehicle was looking good. I was ready to pay and was shocked that it was a complimentary multipoint inspection. One thing is for sure I will be using Thunder for service. They could easily have told me there was problems with my vehicle to make money off of me. While I was there waiting any staff that walked by greeted me as well. I’m impressed and thankful I finally was able to get in there with my busy schedule.

I have been absolutely impressed with the team at Thunder, from the young man who greeted me to Luis. From my first visit on Luis has always explained what was going on. My check engine light came on so I took it in & right away they were able to tell me what was happening and worked on fixing it. I have been to plenty of other dealerships & none of them can compare to Thunder, they take really good care of their customers from having drinks- snacks- they even have a playroom for your kids. They offer to take you home if needed & do everything they can to accommodate your needs and schedule. I just purchased a vehicle from here yesterday and it was honestly the best dealership I’ve been to so far. I really do like Thunder Car Dealership However for the first time since i, bought my car there, it was one yr old.I'm disappointed in my Jeep. True its not garaged and I've had it for 7 yrs. Mechanics are awesome. Never and I really mean it NEVER Had a problem with it. Only this year I've had to replace a thermostat because it registered "cold". And 3 motor mounts. All replaced and running great. But the clear coat was put on too thin at certain places when new and it's wearing off and the rear spoiler, plastic, the paint has lifted off of it. Can't see it but I know it. So sad. I'll run it until the tires turn square. Employees at Thunder treated me so well. I'm a person and not a number. Thank you guys and gals.🚘🛻

The process of purchasing a new vehicle is always stressful for me. I hate the thrust and perry of negotiating a deal so I usually drive my vehicle into the ground before trading it off. This time I had a 4 year old Challenger with low mileage in perfect condition but life changed and I needed a truck. I was not happy with local dealerships and remembered that I had driven past Thunder Chrysler several times over the years, so I searched their website. I found a couple trucks that looked interesting and submitted my interest. I received a phone call in minutes and made an appointment to see them the next day. Brian Fishburn called a few minutes later and introduced himself that he would be my salesman. My wife and I drove over an hour for my appointment knowing that I would go home disappointed again. Brian did his homework and was ready when I got there. Brian showed the vehicles I inquired about but they were not quite what we envisioned. He listen to our needs and introduced me to a couple more trucks. Before I knew it, we centered on a truck that we liked. Now what do we do? My Challenger was appraised and I was offered top dollar for it. No one dissed the Sublime Green color like another dealership did trying to convince me that my Challenger would be hard to resell. The truck we selected was what we were looking for and within our means. Let’s do this. Bob VandeSande walked us through the reams of signatures with a video display on his desk. That was pretty cool. Before we knew it, we were coming home in a new truck. I am so glad that I made the effort to check out Thunder Chrysler. It will be a while before I drive this beast into the ground but I will take it back when it is time to trade it in.

Thunder chrystler had the best price as well as friendly staff when I brought them my 2018 ram 1500 and needed my BCM flashed to recognize a newly installed brake controller , they had a appointment same day I called and took care of the flash quick . Went in for the 2nd Jeep Wave oil change. They were incredibly kind, and kept us informed! Advised that we needed to have 1 recall done (I knew about it but was putting it off due to bad things I’d heard about it), but then our advisor told us of an update to that recall, plus another update that we needed. All-in-all, we were in and out within 2 hours! When we told the Jeep where we bought it for the 1st oil change, we were there over 3 hours! Thunder has our business going forward, without question!! I will be telling others to go there, too!

Wow, wow, wow! We were traveling and I had major engine concerns with my Jeep Rubicon. I called late just before closing to see if they could get me in the next day because we were on vacation. They squeezed me in and took care of us. I truly felt like I was part of their family. So incredibly nice including Jose, Denisa and the Service Manager. We laughed, joked and it all made me relax knowing I was in good hands. My Advisor, Jose Morales was awesome. He even recommended a place for dinner (Andy's Igloo) which we ended up going to and loved it. Absolutely delicious food and the ice cream OMG! Seriously, I wish that this Jeep dealership was close to me. I have not received the best service at my local dealer. Thunder Jeep definitely set the bar.

Bought a 2019 tacoma from you guys a few month's back and it's had a couple oil leak issues. But I want to say thank you to Craig who sold it to me and the service department for making amends and getting it fixed. I really love the truck and hope to have no further issues

Great experience, although the last time there was a massive lack of communication, but overall I like the dealership.we have bought 3 vehicles from Thunder.

I had an oil change and tires rotated. Also has multi point inspection. About 2 hours after I left, my battery died. Jumped it and had tested and had to be replaced. Thought the multi point should check battery but maybe not. Otherwise all was fine.

Seems to be a very efficient process to get my oil changed and tires rotated. The only thing I would note is that they asked if I wanted a car wash and I said yes, but when I went out to get my vehicle, I realized it had not been washed..

Service was good. But I don't like synthetic blend oil that was put in.

Sticker/Decal on windshield was left on from the time before and the new sticker was flopped over almost falling off. I’m just hoping that whatever was done underneath wasn’t as sloppy. Other than that, everything else was great.

The service was good once we got our vehicle to the dealership. Where the service was lacking is we had difficulty utilizing the online scheduler and made multiple calls and, left messages to the service department which were not returned.

They worked tirelessly to get the deal done. Only complaint I have is they didn't tell me they black out the rims using hubcaps.

Took a little longer than expected for a service being I had an appointment but other than that great experience.
