I wanted to give a special shout-out to Arsenio, the Service Manager and his team. I can trust the advice provided and that the work being recommended is necessary and professionally handled. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable service!
I have not purchased a vehicle from them, but when I brought my vehicle to them, they overcharged me horribly. Diagnoses ($190 EACH diagnoses), and then they tried to charge me at least twice the part price for three parts. $300 for a $150 part, and then an obscene amount for labor (it would have taken an hour or less to replace the fuel pressure sensor that I needed). Likewise they tried to charge me $600 for a blower motor ($180 on mopar at the time of this writing) and then overcharge me for labor (another ~1 hour job). This is price gouging. This is both illegal and unethical. They should be both embarrassed and ashamed.
Out of all of the cars and trucks I have bought over the past 45 years, our experience in buying the 2026 Rubicon X on Monday was the fastest and smoothest purchase I have ever been a part of. From Brian Fishburn going above and beyond with his customer service and making sure we were taken care of the entire time my wife and I were at the dealership. Bob VandeSande in the finance department was great, not only with this purchase, but in helping me resolve a problem I was having with my Mopar MaxCare Warranty last year. And of course, Jason in the Service department.
